JH Ranch Experience

In 2024, the Palmisano Foundation proudly launched an annual sponsorship program to select one RNGD employee and their child to attend JH Ranch, a transformational weeklong retreat, where parents and children engage in a variety of outdoor and spiritual development activities. These include team-building exercises that teach trust and communication, challenging obstacle courses that build resilience, and reflective hikes that encourage self-discovery and spiritual growth. Through these activities, RNGD families gain valuable insights not only into each other but also into teamwork and perseverance while deepening their faith. 

Our sponsorship provides them with more than just a break from their daily routines; it offers a unique opportunity to bond and build a supportive network that extends far beyond the retreat. We aim to strengthen relationships, develop leadership skills, and nurture compassion and reflects the Palmisano Foundation's dedication to creating meaningful change by investing in our employees and their families’ personal growth. We are excited to expand our sponsorship of JH Ranch and impact in the years ahead. 

In 2025, we were pleased to sponsor Trevor Adam and Avery for their week-long journey at JH Ranch that was filled with outdoor challenges, reflective conversations, and powerful moments of connection.
